How much Rose-Hip Vital should I give my dog?
Start with the Loading Dose for the first 3 weeks, then drop to the Maintenance Dose ongoing. The Loading Dose is a system kickstarter so your dog can begin their journey with their best paw forward. Results are typically noticed after 3 weeks on the Loading Dose.
Mix Rose-Hip Vital powder in with your dogs food. Do not mix with hot food or hot liquid. 2.5g scoop included.
If your dog eats twice a day, mix half the recommended dosage into the mornings meal and the remaining into the evening meal. If your dog eats once daily, mix full recommended dosage into meal.
Dosage is recommended on your dogs weight check out the table to find your dog's recommended dosage.
Dogs weighing less than 7.5kg
One of the great things about Rose-Hip Vital is that there are no known side-effects or contraindications so there is no risk of overdosing. When it comes to Rose-Hip Vital the more the better! However with a dog weighing less than 7.5kgs you can, in theory, halve the lowest dosage and see the same results. In this case we would recommend 1 Scoop Daily as your Loading Dose and 1/2 Scoop Daily ongoing.
