My wife has had painful hands from years as a dental therapist, after about 3-4 weeks on RHV the pain considerably diminished, after about 6 weeks pain has gone and her hands are stronger. My wife's age is 68years.
Both of my thumbs have been painful for years through injury etc, after about weeks on RHV the pain has gone and strength returned. Our general well-being has improved, but that analysis can be subjective; suffice to say we will continue using RHV. My age is 79years; we are both fairly active.
