My wife Sue, who is in her late 50's and myself, who is in my mid 60's have been taking Rose-Hip Vital (the capsules, not the Canine powder) and we have both enjoyed relief from our respective aches and pains.

I've been taking Rose-Hip Vital for 8 months now because I was diagnosed with tendonitis in my glute max med. I did do physio for 3 months, 4 times a week and I found that I wasn't getting the results. I was restricted to low impact sports only.
Once I started taking Rose-Hip Vital I was actually able to run longer distances and more frequently.
Rose-Hip Vital has been amazing and without it I wouldn't be able to do half the things I could do today.

I suffer from TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) problems, where my Jaw on the right side is stiff and used to lock up to the point where it would pop very loudly every time I opened my mouth.
