My girl Jazzy's had both her knees done. Her first one was at 18 months old. She had a Luxating Patella. Her second knee operation was back in 2015. As she had smashed her ACL and her Patella this time. She had to have that same knee done again In 2016 as the fishing line our Vet used snapped on her. I've just put her on Rose-Hip Vital about two weeks ago now and she seems to be a lot happier and even running at the park.
