Tam 64 years of age and had been diagnosed with arthritis in my spine as well as fibromyalgia. I was having great difficulty doing just regular housework and even walking around the shops was becoming a painful chore.

Three weeks later, I slowly decreased my dose until I was down to 5 a day and it was not until about a week later that I suddenly realised that I hadn't been reaching for any of my pain tablets. The pain has decreased to a very low level, where now I can manage to do most things around the house. Walking is a joy again and life is good!
