CONDITION: Joint Pain
LOCATION: AUS

Having led a serious sporting life from a young age, my body has had its share of gruelling times. My joints ache but I ignore them or take anti-inflammatories. I did start the Rose-Hip Vital and I have been truly blown away with the result.

I cannot tell enough people the difference it has made to my life.

I am fitter, thinner and healthier and my joint pain is without doubt minimized. I am on no other medication at all and I can absolutely say that Rose-Hip Vital has changed my life.

There is no question at all, that Rose Hip Vital is an amazing additive to my life and I will not go a day without it.

"After taking Rose-Hip Vital for two weeks was that I noticed the tension in my lower back had reduced. After a month, it had almost gone."

I started using Rosehip Vital in May 2012. By this stage I had given up I was ever going to be able to surf without back pain again. I have lived an athletic life yoga, swimming, windsurfing, snow skiing and boarding cycling and surfing, which I have loved the most. I had found a new love for soft sand running as well. Somewhere along the way I injured my lower back in the L4&5 regions and have been managing the injury and pain for the past 20+ years When I initially started to feel lower back pain, I saw my first chiro and physio but as the years went on, I had almost lost hope I would be able to wake up each morning with no back pain.

I have been to sports injury specialists who were always helpful, but nothing has lasted. I have also tried numerous beds and pillows. I still go to the chiropractor and I have also found a great acupuncturist who helps me manage my body's aches and pains. I also have found massage very useful.

Since I have been using Rose-Hip Vital, I have still had to employ the services of therapists to assist me when I get injured but the main difference is that recovery is so rapid. An injury in the past that would've taken weeks to heal now takes hours or days. What I found after taking Rose-Hip Vital for two weeks was that I noticed the tension in my lower back had reduced. After a month, it had almost gone. I can only assume there was some internal swelling that taking Rose-Hip Vital helped deflate.

I was not doing or eating anything different, and with my new found freedom I found I could start surfing again. I even booked myself on a 10 day boat trip surf holiday for me in a few months' time. This was nerve-wracking as I had tried this in the past and it had ended in me spending most of the time out of the water due to pain.

However, I was determined to go on my holiday. I started preparing by swimming more often than normal to gain as much paddle strength as I could, as this would enable me to spend as much time in the water as possible on my trip. After a month of swimming, I started yoga again. I had done a lot of yoga in the past, but in the end I had to stop due to the escalating pain that would come from a small overstretch. This would end up with a couple weeks of no physical activity and depression.

In short, I went on my boat trip and although I felt pain from time to time, it was almost like I have a young body again! My recovery was immediate or at least by the time I awoke the next morning, was able to push myself again. I am still doing yoga and surfing regularly.

This Sunday I am riding in the Sydney to Wollongong MS ride and I feel confident that despite a few aches and pains, I will be able to manage the pain a whole lot better. Being able to manage the pain has relaxed my attitude about doing sport.

I have formed an addiction to RoseHip Vital, by having either 3 capsules a day or a scoop of powder over my cereal. The other thing I have noticed is I have had a winter free from colds and flu. Not even a runny nose and I have been around several people with the flu at work.

"I'll keep taking it for a long time to come because I feel good from it, and there is nothing better than that."

I started to take Rose-Hip Vital because I was looking for a powerful anti-inflammatory with no side effects and something that could help with my joints without hurting my digestive system. I found out about it from my mum who uses it for her dogs and horses I think, it sounded great so I looked into it and tried some out for myself. I started to take it because I have had multiple surgeries on my ankle and knee from my profession as a professional skateboarder, as well as the rest of my body taking a beating for the last 14 years doing it.

I was ready to try and make myself feel better / younger / fitter and less sore. I noticed a difference in my knees and ankles with basically less pain in the joints, and that's all I was after. I don't believe there is any wonder cure for anything but Rose-Hip Vital has definitely helped my body. I'll keep taking it for a long time to come because I feel good from it, and there is nothing better than that. With professional skateboarding as my job, my poor body takes a beating daily so it's great to have something that can support my joints. It's a true blessing to the body!

"I haven't been to the physio nor had to have my back taped since l've been taking the product"

I have been competing in Dressage for more than twelve years, and in that time I have campaigned a range of horses, including three at Grand Prix level. Over the last few years I have maintained 5-6 horses in work whilst undertaking study and now in my profession, I spend a lot of time each day in the saddle, but also a large amount of time sitting in the car or behind a desk. As a younger (more stupid) rider, I have also found myself riding horses that were more exuberant than most. As a result, I've been dealing with back pain for a long time.

I was on scholarship with the ACT Academy of Sport for four years and had weekly physio sessions, expensive scans, which failed to diagnose or treat the pain. did strength and conditioning work at the gym several times per week but this made little impact and often made it worse. Since coming off my scholarship, I dragged myself to physio when things got unbearable, but aside from that, I just got on with it (though apparently my family put up with a bit of whingeing too).

In late 2013, my back flared up, so I was once again at physio. Every competition I rode with my back taped and all I could smell was Dencorub. I was thinking that I'm 26 years old and this shouldn't be happening!

I've now been taking the human version of Rose-Hip Vital for the last six weeks. While I still have a minor pinching, the burning ache is gone and I have to say, I haven't been to the physio nor had to have my back taped since I've been taking the product. Whereas before, if I saw something on the ground, I had to make a conscious decision whether it was worth the pain to bend down and pick it up, or whether it could stay there. It took a while for me to realise that I was suddenly picking things up without thought.

have more energy, which is not surprising seeing as l'm no longer in a fog of pain. I have made plans to go and train in Europe, something that I wasn't confident in before, as I would have to think about whether or not my back would cope well with it. I can safely say that I'm very impressed and I'm relieved to have found something that works for me.

As far as Rose-Hip Vital Equine goes, l've always been extremely skeptical of most oral supplements on the market. Most of the time, these products only have anecdotal evidence of their success and have nothing quantitative or scientific. Given the impact that the product has had on me, l'm prepared to use the equine version as a maintenance supplement for my horses. Neither Jive Matrix or Danse Ave Moi have had any significant issues, so their response has not been the same emphatic one that l've seen in myself, however they are both moving more freely and consistently.

The horses don't mind the taste either. I like the fact that it is a natural product, particularly in this day and age as we start to discover the ill-effects of synthetic substances. Of course, competing at major competitions I need a product that does not contain prohibited ingredients, and once again Rose-Hip Vital ticks the box. So, as an athlete, I couldn't speak more highly of the product and its contribution to my well being and my equestrian objectives.

"I began to see some good results but hated taking the capsules so I crossed over to the powder and have never looked back."

Have you ever stood in the vitamin aisle and felt completely overwhelmed because you couldn't find what you were looking for? Then when you picked up a product and read the label it left you wishing you had paid more attention during science class? If this situation sounds a little all too familiar then let us introduce you to Robyn-Anne Rose.

With 10 years' experience as a Vitamin Specialist and working in pharmacy, Robyn began to notice the growing confusion surrounding complementary medicine, supplements and vitamins. That was how her book Vitamin ME was born. It will be launched in the next few months! Robyn aims to demystify your vitamin shopping experience with her extensive inside information. The book will be filled to brim with great tips and tricks, guaranteed to make vitamin shopping simpler, more enjoyable and put the power back in your hands.

Robyn is also an avid believer in the benefits of Rose-Hip Vital as a complementary medicine not only for joint pain and the treatment of mild arthritis but for supplementing your immune system and general health and wellbeing.

We were excited to find Robyn on Instagram when she started to post her delicious smoothies which contained our powder. We asked her to share with us why she believes in a daily dose of Rose-Hip Vital:

Thave been using it (Rose-Hip Vital) for about a year now. At the beginning of 2015 I was in a lot of pain. Standing up for eight hours a day on concrete floors in pharmacy was excruciating especially for my right hip. After some investigations and an ultrasound I ended up at the orthopedic surgeon who told me that I have severe arthritis in my hip and that I need a hip replacement. He then went on to say that he would not do the surgery until I was 55 years old. I am only 44, so in shock I asked what I could do in the mean time and he suggested steroid injections, which I politely refused. What about natural treatments I asked, and he said with indifference that I could try some fish oil. I had already tried glucosamine and fish oil earlier on, to no avail, and now that I am on a plant based diet fish oil is not an option. Honestly, I wondered if I should quit my job? Due to the stiffness I was also getting in my lower back and hands, I finally decided that Rose-Hip Vital might be the way forward so I started out on the capsules.

I began to see some good results but hated taking the capsules so I crossed over to the powder and have never looked back. Earlier this year in January, the 30th to be exact because it was my birthday, decided to climb the active volcano Mt Batur. Three hours of climbing straight up in the middle of the night so that I could see the sunrise. 1,717 metres up. And NO pain, not even the next day! I was so stoked that I'm going to do it again this

time.

"So the story begins with 2 knee surgeries within the last 2 years. The first for a meniscal tear and the second a full

ACL rupture in the same knee Xmas 2014"

Elliott Cunnew was hooked on swimming, biking and running until knee issues stopped him in his tracks. The result was surgery and rehab but he was determined to get back training and competing in triathlons.

Elliott likes to set himself goals every race in order to improve and his motivation comes from his daughter, Amelia, who is intellectually disabled. She gives him "wings" and he certainly flew through his last race in Busselton earlier this year. Now he has another race to set his sights on and won't give up his Rose-Hip Vital so he can get to the start line with no pain. Below he talks about his last race, his inspiration, his next race and how Rose-Hip Vital has helped in get back on track!

"So the story begins with 2 knee surgeries within the last 2 years. The first for a meniscal tear and the second a full ACL rupture in the same knee Xmas 2014. Due to my own silly festive antics ( "Sumo sand wrestling" on the beach), I tore my ACL completely and had to have a hamstring graft on my knee in February 2014.

The rehab post surgery was brutal, as I wanted to come back and compete at the Foster Half Ironman last November. Along with intense physio and gradual getting back into training, I made sure I took at least 5 capsules of Rose-Hip Vital every day without fail to ensure I could train and most importantly run.

I managed to compete at Foster in November 2015 and was happy with a 5 hour 41 result. I knew I was back, my knee let me get through unscathed.

My next target was to go even faster at a Ironman 70.3 triathlon, so I registered for the Busselton Ironman 70.3 in West Australia which took place on May 1st 2016.

Time to up the training again, and add some strength in there, and of course keep up the Rose-Hip Vital. It gave me the comfort that I could increase my run mileage, as my knee wasn't buckling or locking as it had been before.

Race day came and along with good mates Duncan and Pete I hit the turquoise blue water next to Busselton

Wharf with the 45- 49 silver caps. 36 minutes later I was exiting the swim with a PB, feeling strong and was off on the bike with a big smile on my face, logging another PB of 2 hr 48 - more or less keeping to my goal 32 kph pace.

Every person I passed on the bike I called out the mantra "Amelia give me wings" and she didn't let me down. As I passed Duncan I called out cheekily "on your right son" and with Amelia giving me those speed wings, he never caught me up from that point on the bike. Amelia is my intellectually disabled daughter who always helps me find an extra gear when l'm racing.

So onto the run and here was the real test. First loop I was on plan with 5.30 mins per km. The second plan was to be bit faster. Didn't quite hit that but still kept it respectable up to 13 km. That last 8 km is always tough, and was no different that day, but I did manage to keep the pace the whole way home. At the turns I was waiting for the knee to buckle and give me some pain. NO PAIN. I got down the chute and knew I had nothing more to give with a 2.03 run PB and a race PB of 5.35!

I already have my sights on my next Ironman 70.3 in Western Sydney in November 3 where I will race with other athletes as the TS Heroes team fundraising for my daughters cause, and Rose-Hip Vital will remain part of my daily routine to keep my knee intact!"

"I'd highly recommend trying Rosehip to any athlete looking to reduce inflammation and injuries!"

With a full time job and a family that I love to spend my spare time with, I have to make the most of my limited training hours in the sport of triathlon. For the last two years, I've struggled to use the limited training time efficiently with a few insistent injuries including inflammation around my right ITB and left Achilles.

With an Ironman triathlon in the calendar this year, I started taking Rosehip recently to help with inflammation. I'm happy to say that I've been able to train pain free for the first time in a long time. I've even completed three training runs in the last month that are over 30km in distance and have felt great the following day, which I haven't been able to do for years! I'd highly recommend trying Rosehip to any athlete looking to reduce inflammation and injuries!

I have been taking Rose-Hip Vital for around 5months now. I am 73 and a distance runner and have been having issues with arthritis in my left knee for some years. Fingers crossed, it seems much better.

"What I found was that after taking Rose-Hip Vital for approximately two weeks I noticed the tension in my lower back had reduced and after a month had almost gone."

They say it takes time for your mind to catch up with your body - and with ageing this is certainly the case. While your mind might be saying you should carry on the way you did twenty years ago, chances are your joints are protesting. All the summer photos of your friends and their children going on beautiful walks in exotic countries, posing on the beach in complex yoga positions and swimming care-free in the surf are starting to frustrate you.

And as much as you love going on holidays with your friends it's just no longer practical to plan day long walks up mountains, no matter how gorgeous the view.

A recent study* found that joint pain is the single biggest exercise related ailment amongst Australians, with 44% of people reporting at least some type of joint pain and this figure rises with age. However almost 85% of Australian's are falling to take any joint supplements.

One of our customers, Antony from Bondi, knows the above scenario oh so well! His active lifestyle hit a road block as his body reacted to the strain it was put under from his sporting passions. This resulted in injury - he soon realized he needed to find a solution to his joint pain, focus on recovery and look at an ongoing prevention strategy if he wanted to continue to enjoy doing what he loved in his forties and beyond.

In 2012 Antony had given up ever being able to surf again, after having injured his lower back then he started using Rose-Hip Vital. He shares his story:

"Within three days I noticed a mark improvement in my joints. After two weeks I played lawn bowls on Saturday & Sunday pain free"

I have tried everything to help with Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis pain for many years it severally affected my way of life as I use to love surfing & many other activities at the age of 50, I had to give up my sport as the pain was so great & I was no longer enjoying it. I tried everything I could to ease the pain, but nothing really worked. I am now 63 & two weeks ago, a friend put me onto Rose Hip Vital, I bought my first bottle of capsules & started taking 5 tablets in the morning 5 at night within three days I noticed a mark improvement in my joints. After two weeks played lawn bowls on Saturday & Sunday pain free, whereas before I could only play one game & found it hard to walk afterwards. If you don't try anything else, at least try Rose Hip Vital it worked for me.

P.S. I am contemplating dusting off my old surfboard & hitting the waves again.

"I have seen a difference in my knees especially when I go to the gym and do leg workouts"

I started using Rose-Hip Vital as I suffer from Arthritis in my hands and knees. I have seen a difference in my knees especially when I go to the gym and do leg workouts. I would recommend this product to those who have Arthritis.

"After continuing to use this product I can honestly say my back has not felt this good in years"

I'm in my mid 60's and remain very active but my lower back was uncomfortable, especially in the morning. I had tried other supplements but not seen any improvement. I started taking Rose-Hip Vital and within a week noticed a decrease in pain. After continuing to use this product I can honestly say my back has not felt this good in years!

"Since starting Rose-Hip Vital I have been able to exercise everyday with absolutely no body aches or pains."

Despite the precautionary notice that stated delivery could take up to 7 days, I placed my first order on a Thursday and received prompt delivery the following Monday morning. I started out using 1 scoop of powder per day for the first 3 days then changed to the recommended dose of 2 scoops per day starting on day 4. I noticed a difference immediately. The previous week, before starting Rose-Hip Vital, I had several body areas in discomfort (back, knees, hips) after returning to exercise from a significant break away (2 years). The discomforts were making sleeping difficult. The painful symptoms increased to a point where I had to stop exercising. Since starting Rose-Hip Vital I have been able to exercise everyday with absolutely no body aches or pains. I was so impressed with my results that today I made a second purchase of a larger tub of powder so I could share the product with a nearly 12 year old retired greyhound who has arthritis and joint pain. I'm hoping that he experiences the same results as I have.
